Dreams are a natural part of human sleep. As the body rests, the mind creates extensive scenes and experiences. Many compare dreaming to watching a movie, a person is in the moment with no escape other than waking up. However, when a person wakes, they tend to forget the details of that dream, which they were so immersed in. This is why many start dream journals, to capture these lucid, fabricated memories.
