Filmography
Hwang Broz is a Beijing-based directing duo formed by Gen-Z brothers Rui Wang and Yu-Ming Huang. Their practice sits at the intersection of stream-of-consciousness visual and cinematic craft. In early 2024, they gained wider recognition with their debut music video Ghost Crew – ToNight, which received the Gold Award at the Canon x CVP Stories in Motion competition in London. The project was subsequently featured in the British Cinematographer Magazine, Definition Magazine, and CVP Daily, marking the duo’s first formal entry into the professional field. In 2026, their latest work, Ghost Crew – Animus Ignis, was nominated for Music Video of the Year at the Chinese Hip-Hop Music Awards (CHMA), presented by NetEase Cloud Music.
Director's notes
The road held my hand, the rain soothed the fire. Leaves teased the fingers of the moon, scattered carefully across the ground. Ahead, lost souls were stuck on the face of time. My door kept walking, and I kept searching.
