James "Jaime" Bueno (b. 2001) is currently taking his Bachelor's degree in Digital Filmmaking, specializing in Post-production at the premiere art school of the Philippines, De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde. He believes that films, aside from being a form of entertainment, can also be an amplifier for voiceless people.
He is known for his films Apol, an official entry to Ika-33 Gawad Alternatibo, the 26th Linea d’Ombra Festival official entry, Good Morning, Class!, and his first co-directed film, Gluttony, which is also an official entry to the Manila Student Film Festival 2023.

This short film all started with a random thought, thinking what exactly our guardian angels do besides watching over us. Just like us, do they have feelings too? But, one thing is for sure, whether you're human or any creature, we all need someone to talk to so that we can let go of our heartaches that we keep inside our hearts.
